ENTREE is an app that allows users to enter anywhere with the verified identity so that no user would need to write anything on any entry pad or notebook. In this pandemic situation, people need to enter contactless and the hosting place would get their visitors information within a second.

I conducted interviews with 5 individual conversations to know their individual stories and experiences in order to collect qualitative data
The Problem
In this Covid situation, every shops, cafes, events or any other places where people interact somehow. So what host do is enter costumer’s name and the phone number on the register given to the security guard or receptionist. This takes lot of time and people usually mention the wrong name and phone number. There’s no verified information of the costumer. Any fraud and manipulation can be done without authentic identity.
Define
I started the first step in my process by defining and answering the 5 W questions.
What?
An app to help in keeping the entries record digitally
Who?
People who host any place, That could be any showroom, mall, restaurant, events, corporate office.
When?
People when they enter any place, events or anywhere people need to register themselves first
Where?
Where an entry needs to be done like School, college, office, showroom, events etc.
Why?
This whole app is about keeping the record of all kind of entries to save the time for host and the visitor. It will also provide users to review and rate places to make things clear.

User persona is needed to study and understand the behavioural pattern of complex user group in an easier way.
After user interview user persona guided my ideation process and helped me to achieve the goal of creating good user experience.

Entree - Home Dashboard
It is the Home Screen of the app. Here users can Directly scan the code, generate their QR code and Create new place or event. All the recent activities can also be seen in the home page.
Entree - Entries Dashboard
Entries screen is the most important screen in this app. Here you can see where user is currently entered and where & when to exit. User’s uppcoming entries and events can also be managed in this screen. Future events that are going to happen around the user and according to their interests can also be seen here.
Entree - Marketplace Dashboard
In this Screen, user will find top deals and offers in their area. It will also show upcoming events and places near you. User can also check the place’s reviews & rating and leave a their own reviews when the enter in the venue. It will help the user to know about the place.
